The Threadlocker M290 product features include: - Works on a variety of metals, such as aluminum, stainless steel, and cold steel. - The bottle size is larger than 50ml, with 51% or more of the volume filled by air to maintain the stability of the glue.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The bottle appears more than half empty, as the thread locker hardens in the absence of air. Completely filling the bottle would cause the glue to start hardening. The bottle is designed to be air-permeable, allowing air to pass through the wall. There is also an air gap over the product inside the bottle to preserve the stability of the threadlocker. As a result, a 50ml pack actually contains 53ml of threadlocker in a larger bottle.

PRODUCT APPLICATION: Apply to fill gaps up to 0.25mm, with a 10-minute fixture time. It has a medium strength and high viscosity. The solidification time is 20 minutes for initial set, and 24 hours for full cure. The service maximum temperature is 180°C. The shear strength is 3500 Lbs/inch² or 24 N/mm². The viscosity at 20 RPM is around 2158 mPa·s.

USER INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Clean all surfaces thoroughly. 2. Shake the bottle well before use. 3. Apply a sufficient amount of the product onto the bolts, covering the nut engagement area. 4. If the parts have been in contact with water-based solvents or cutting fluids, leaving a protective layer on the surface, flush with hot water before applying the adhesive.
